How Do I Merge or Edit Duplicates in My Patients Tab?

  1. Navigate to My Patients: dashboard field.
  2. Press on the View Profile button on the right hand side.
  3. Under Patients Details tab press Merge/Edit Duplicates
  4. A field will populate with similar patient names and details, in this field you will have the opportunity to merge and edit patient information that was submitted incorrectly. Once you have found the correct patient information that would need to be duplicated you have the ability to choose the box to clarify that it is in fact the same patient, you can then choose the correct first and last name, email, phone number and date of birth for the patient’s profile. You can then either cancel the merge or confirm the merge.
  5. Once the merge is confirmed you will receive a success message.
