- Once you’ve located the desired exam, click on the Review Exam button next to it.
- After clicking the Review Exam button, you are redirected to the Exam Answers Tab.
- Scroll down, input answers in the fields and click Save.
- After reviewing the exam answers and patient details, you will need to decide on the next steps:
- Submit and Approve: If the patient is approved for the treatment and does not have any contraindications, you can approve it by clicking on the Submit and Approve button.
- Submit and Defer to Medical Director: If further review is needed or if you have concerns, choose the option to Defer to Medical Director. If you have any questions about whether to defer please reach out to our Clinical Director at 424) 329 6686
- Submit and Mark as N/A: If you cannot properly communicate with the patient over the video call or patients labs are missing please N/A the patients documentation. If the patient is not able to connect please be sure to call the patient’s number provided to complete the exam.
